Local Delivery Policy

 

LOCAL DELIVERY

After adding items to cart - at checkout, underneath shipping, there is an option to have your items delivered.

Starting January 16th, 2025 -
Local delivery is offered 7 days per week, excluding Federal Holidays.

All orders placed by 1 pm ET will be delivered that same day no later than 8 pm ET.
All orders placed after 1 pm ET will be ready delivered the next day no later than 8 pm.

You will receive an email once your items have been delivered.

Please be sure to double check all information before submitting your order

​Once the package is out for delivery, The N'Luxe Hair Collection is not responsible for any package delivered to the wrong address. If your packages happens to be returned to us, for any reason - you will be responsible for the delivery fee to resend the package.

Please make sure you provide a correct phone number and email so that we can contact you, if need be.
