N'Luxe wigs are available for preorder only. After purchasing, the processing time for these wigs are 5-7 business days. During these 5-7 business days, your wig is being carefully made and shipped to the United States.

After 5-7 business days, your wig will be available for pick-up OR shipping, depending on selection at checkout. Please account for shipping times when ordering, as that is not included.

Cancellation Policy:

All preorder sales are final. If a customer requests to cancel a preorder due to failure to read our policy, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund. This fee helps cover processing costs since these items were reserved specifically for you.
